Welcome to S K Meditech Solution. By accessing this website, placing a medical equipment purchase order, requesting technical assistance, or executing an equipment maintenance contract with us, you ("Client", "Hospital", "Clinic", or "Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you are acting on behalf of a healthcare institution, diagnostic center, or corporation, you confirm that you possess the requisite legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2 Scope of Products & Biomedical Services
S K Meditech Solution operates as a specialized medical equipment supplier, biomedical engineering service provider, and healthcare technology consultancy headquartered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Our commercial offerings encompass:
- Procurement and supply of diagnostic, patient monitoring, ICU, OT, surgical, laboratory, and dental equipment.
- Equipment commissioning, on-site installation, clinical setup, and operational training for hospital staff.
- Biomedical troubleshooting, component-level repair, recalibration, and safety testing.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC).
- Supply of genuine medical spare parts, sensor cables, probes, and biomedical consumables.
3 Quotations, Pricing & Payment Terms
All commercial transactions are governed by the following pricing protocols:
- Quotations Validity: Formal equipment quotations and service estimates issued by S K Meditech Solution remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- Taxes & Levies: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), customs duties (if imported components are involved), and government levies will be billed extra as per prevailing Indian tax statutes.
- Payment Milestones: Standard equipment supply requires an advance payment upon purchase order confirmation, with balance payable upon dispatch or successful installation as defined in the specific commercial invoice.
- Service & Repair Invoicing: Repair diagnostic charges and spare parts cost must be settled within the credit period specified on the service report or invoice.
4 Delivery, Logistics & Site Readiness
Equipment delivery timelines communicated in quotations are estimates made in good faith. S K Meditech Solution coordinates shipments with reliable transit logistics.
Site Readiness: The client hospital/clinic is responsible for ensuring electrical grounding, stabilized power supply (UPS/Stabilizer), required room temperature, and sanitary environmental prerequisites prior to equipment installation by our biomedical engineers.
5 Warranty & Guarantee Coverage
S K Meditech Solution stands behind the quality and reliability of all supplied equipment and biomedical repair interventions:
- New Medical Equipment: Covered by standard manufacturer warranty (OEM warranty terms) ranging typically from 12 to 24 months from the date of commissioning.
- Repaired Modules & Replacement Spares: Replaced components and repaired electronic assemblies carry a limited service warranty against manufacturing defects for the period specified in the service job card.
- Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages arising from electrical power surges/lightning strikes, unauthorized third-party tampering, liquid ingress/physical dropping, operating outside specified environmental tolerances, or willful misuse.
6 Repair Services & Maintenance Agreements (AMC)
Healthcare institutions opting for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC/CMC) benefit from prioritized response times, scheduled periodic safety inspections, and calibration validation.
Emergency Breakdown Support: Contracted clients receive prioritized technical response for critical care and ICU monitoring equipment to minimize hospital downtime.
All repairs utilize genuine OEM or certified compatible high-precision medical-grade parts tested according to biomedical safety benchmarks.
7 Client Responsibilities & Safe Operation
To guarantee optimal patient safety and equipment longevity, the client agrees to:
- Permit only qualified medical practitioners and trained staff to operate diagnostic and clinical equipment.
- Follow the preventive cleaning, calibration schedule, and sterilization protocols detailed in the manufacturer user manuals.
- Promptly notify S K Meditech Solution upon noticing any abnormal readings, warning alarms, electrical leakages, or physical wear.
- Grant authorized biomedical technicians safe access to the equipment during scheduled maintenance appointments.
8 Limitation of Liability
S K Meditech Solution operates strictly as an engineering supplier, technical consultant, and maintenance service provider. Clinical decisions, patient diagnosis, and treatment methodologies are the sole responsibility of licensed medical practitioners and healthcare authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, S K Meditech Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from clinical misinterpretation or equipment unavailability during necessary maintenance procedures.
9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.
Any legal proceeding, dispute, or claim arising out of or related to commercial contracts with S K Meditech Solution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
